How It Works
- We custom design 3 logo concepts for your consideration.
- When you have chosen the desired artwork, we will make revisions accordingly.
- On your approved logo design, we will complete additional package inclusions and make revisions accordingly.
- Once all works are completed, you will receive all source files and you get to enjoy your new designs.

Stationery Inclusions & Specs
- 90 x 54mm Business Card Design

Can I get my Stationery printed?
Yes you can, just tick the box below and add $425 to your total (payable upfront for printing to commence).
- All your Stationery Designs mentioned above, can be printed and delivered to you Australia Wide, including GST.
- Delivery is approx 3-5 business days on approved artworks only.
- You will receive a 1000 copies of each stationery item.
- Specs are preset, as mentioned above.
What are the Time Frames?
- Allow 5 business days for design work, including revisions on all artworks.
- Add an additional 5 business days for printed stationery to be delivered to you for approved artworks only.
How Does Payment Work?
Design
- A 50% deposit is payable if you accept the quotation. This covers design concepts and works to commence.
- The remaining 50% is due on the approval for all works completed. On full payment, all files and ownership will be transferred to you.
- 100% is required upfront for production to take place.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of invoice date.
- Payments are accepted by: EFT, Cheque, Direct Deposit, Cash & Money Order.
Cancellations & Refunds
Your Deposit
If you cancel the accepted quotation and your deposit has been made, you will only be refunded in full if we have not sent you any concept designs.
Once concept designs have been sent to you, for your consideration, your deposit is no longer refundable.
Commenced & Sent Works
If you cancel your project after an approved concept design, including any revisions or additional works completed to date, which have been sent to you, is liable for payment and will be invoiced as such accordingly.
Note
- A cancellation may be declared by either party in writing outlining the reasons once works have commenced.
- Written cancellations are not required for cancelling your deposit.
- Refunds will be made in the same way from which the initial investment was paid - directly to the business or person.
- Chanteligence retains ownership of all copyright materials, images, designs, original artworks, peripherals and any other related materials that have not been paid for in full, except client-provided materials. Such ownership cannot be used for personal or commercial use without express written permission from Chanteligence. Payment will be required accordingly for such requested works of the above mentioned.
